The main kitchen is equipped with wine cooler, Kitchen Aid equipment, Nespresso Creatista Plus, Bora induction hob with built in extractor, Bosch double ovens, Bosh microwave, Miele dishwasher, Miele Fridge-Freezer and Fridge. A separate kitchenette on the ground floor offers a fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.

The gym offers a spinning bike/2 Bosu/TRX/kettlebells/dumbbells/yoga mats and blocks/gym mats/trampoline/incline bench/free weights.
